The 1889 Collective is dedicated to empowering University of Idaho student-athletes by building a strong network of support through community, fan, and booster donations. Our mission is to provide the resources necessary to retain and attract top talent, foster competitive excellence across all sports, and uphold the legacy of Vandal athletics. By investing in our athletes, we invest in the future of Idaho sports.

Support Vandal student-athletes by making a contribution to the General Fund or directly to your favorite sport.

NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness. It refers to the rights of student-athletes to receive compensation for the use of their personal brand—things like endorsements, appearances, social media promotions, and more. With recent changes in NCAA rules, college athletes can now earn money while maintaining their eligibility.
At the 1889 Collective, your donations go directly toward supporting these NIL opportunities for University of Idaho athletes. Whether you’re giving to an individual athlete or an entire team, your support helps keep our top talent in Moscow and allows them to benefit from the work they put into representing the Vandals—on and off the field.
